Building Gensei Paradox as a modern accounting and finance company from Hyderabad. The goal is straightforward: do useful work, build trust, bring in good people and grow from there.
For now, that means being close to every part of the business — service delivery, systems, conversations and the boring little details that eventually become the foundation.

Take responsibility for the outcome, not just the task assigned.
If something is unnecessarily slow or messy, look for a better way.
Speed, automation and fresh ideas never replace accounting discipline.
